Beautiful, spacious Redoutensaal is booked in the heart of Erlangen.
Pat Murphy is our tutor for 3 workshops and 3 ceilis.
The Abbey Trio will play all ceilis with Ger Murphy (keyboard), Andy O’Connell (fiddle) and Hugh Kennedy (accordion).
Can’t wait to see you all again!

Sunday NEW LOCATION: Chill Out in one of Erlangen’s coolest cozy Bar/Restaurant Zum Pleitegeier, only 4 walking minutes from Redoutensaal. There is space enough for everyone to sit and chat, space enough for dancing, good food, drinks and more. Musicians please bring your instruments! Doors will open around 5pm. Where “The Wild Things” are … be ready for a wild night …. not to be missed!

If you like to have lunch on Saturday, you can make a reservation in a restaurant or café of your choice in advance. Within 5 to 10 walking minutes you will find a wide selection of diverse options.
A.B. Hotel close to venue offers a number of rooms with 2024 rates for weekend participants. Altstadthotel Grauer Wolf also offers nice rooms for set dancers. Please book early and refer to the 20th Erlangen Irish Set Dance Weekend. If you book Grauer Wolf online, you need a discount code (Rabatt Code): please send me a private message and I will pass it on to you. Another nice hotel very close to the venue is Altmanns Stube. Many more hotels and a large number of restaurants close to the venue are in walking distance.
Parking: Theaterplatz close to Redoutensaal offers only a limited number of parking spots. More and long-term parking is available at a reasonable price at “Grossparkplatz” close to main train station, about 10 walking minutes from venue. Prices and payment options: please use links.
Bus service: Line 30 runs from Nuernberg Airport (NUE) to Erlangen “Arcaden” (town centre) every 20 minutes during the day and takes about 40 minutes, price around 4 Euro
